Terms of service

Draft — final terms before public launch.

These terms cover your use of fraedi. By using it you agree to them. To reach us, contact support@fraedi.ai.

Who we are

fraedi is run by FyrmForge Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number [company number]), registered office [registered address]. "We" and "us" in these terms means FyrmForge Limited.

The service

fraedi is a hosted wiki and knowledge bank. People, and AI agents working for them through MCP clients such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, ChatGPT and Claude.ai, publish HTML pages, designs and whiteboards ("artifacts") to it. Artifacts have revisions and folders, can belong to a person or an org, can be shared by link, and can be exported as PNG, PDF or .zip.

fraedi is in private beta. Features may change or be removed, and there is no service level agreement or uptime commitment during the beta.

Who can use it

• You must be 16 or older.
• One account per person. Accounts are for a named individual, not shared logins.
• During the beta, accounts are by invite only. Later, anyone may sign up and confirm their email address.
• If you set up or use fraedi for an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it, and they bind that organisation.

Your account

Keep your password, and the Google account you sign in with, safe. You are responsible for everything done with your account, including through API keys you create and agents you connect. Revoke a key or connection in Settings as soon as you no longer trust it, and tell us if you think your account has been misused.

Your content

You own what you publish. You give us a licence to store, copy, process and display it only as needed to run fraedi for you: to host it, render it, export it, back it up, and show it to the people you share it with. The licence ends when the content is deleted, apart from backups, which are purged within 30 days.

We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell it.

You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to publish it.

Acceptable use

Don't publish or use fraedi for:

• malware, or pages that attack the people who open them;
• pages that collect passwords, payment details or other personal data under false pretences;
• impersonating another person or organisation;
• content that is illegal in the UK, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• harassment, or content that targets a private individual;
• getting around plan limits or quotas, for example with multiple free accounts;
• scraping or bulk-downloading fraedi or other users' content, or putting unreasonable load on the service;
• probing or breaking fraedi's security, or getting into accounts or content that aren't yours.

AI agents

Agents you connect act on your behalf. What they publish, change, share or delete is treated as done by you, and these terms apply to it as if you had done it yourself.

Sharing

Personal artifacts are visible to you. Org artifacts are visible to members of that org. Anyone holding a share link can view that one artifact until the link expires or you turn it off. Links can have a password, and can be set to never expire; turn a link off in the artifact's Details when it is no longer needed. Anyone you share with can copy what they see.

Plans and payment

• Free: personal use, £0.
• Pro: personal use, £6 a month.
• Team: for an org, £11 a month plus £2 per seat a month.

Prices are set in GBP; we show EUR and USD equivalents. Prices include VAT where it applies. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are handled by Stripe; your card details go to Stripe and never reach us.

You can cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep the paid plan until then. We don't give refunds for part periods, except where the law requires it.

We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change applies to you. If you don't want the new price, cancel before it takes effect.

Free plan and limits

Each plan has limits, such as storage and number of artifacts, shown in the app. We may change the Free plan and its limits. If you go over a limit, for example after moving to a lower plan, your content becomes read-only until you are back under it. We don't delete content because you went over a limit.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using fraedi and delete your account at any time in Settings.

We may take down content, or suspend or close an account, if it breaks these terms, puts other users or the service at risk, or if the law requires it. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it first. While an account is suspended, all of its artifacts are hidden.

After an account is closed, we delete its data within 30 days, unless we must keep something by law (for example invoices).

Our intellectual property

fraedi's software, design and name belong to us or our licensors. These terms don't give you any rights in them beyond using the service.

Availability and liability

fraedi is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of anything that matters: every artifact downloads as a .zip from its Details.

Our total liability to you under or in connection with these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you use fraedi as a consumer, you also keep your statutory rights.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. For changes that matter, we will email account holders and post the new version on this page at least 14 days before it applies. If you keep using fraedi after that, the new terms apply. The current version is always on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring a claim in your local courts.

Reporting abuse and infringing content

Every artifact here is published by one of fraedi's users, not by us. Pages opened through a share link have a Report link for this.

To report an artifact, including one you believe infringes your copyright or other rights, send its link, what is wrong with it and, for an infringement claim, what rights you hold and your contact details, to support@fraedi.ai.

We review each report. Where content is illegal, infringing or breaks these terms, we take it down or disable access to it, and may suspend the account that published it. We tell the publisher where appropriate, and they can reply if they think we got it wrong.

If you have a complaint or question about fraedi or these terms, contact support@fraedi.ai. We aim to reply within 14 days.
